About Yourself: This is my third tank in 10 years or so and really wanted a reef tank but cant spare the time with 4 kids! so settled on a malawi tank with lots of ocean rock. Happy with it now finally
Fish Kept: Mainly Malawi's with 2 clown loach and a few tanganyikans plus 3 catfish
Corals/Plants: A few plastic plants and a fake skull to keep my sons happy
Tank Size: 90 gallons
Advice: Dont go for the first idea you have, take a long time to decide on what you want and buy the biggest and best equipment you can. What seems a good idea when you start will annoy you after a week and then you will be throwing it all out and starting again, ££££££ choose wisely and enjoy

Fish Kept: 1 yoyo loach, 1 featherfin catfish, 2 electric blue ram cichlids, 4 ruby barbs, 2 green tiger barbs, 2 albino tiger barbs, 1 parrot cichlid and 1 albino bushy nose pleco.
Corals/Plants: 1 wisteria, 1 moss ball and i cant remember the rest.

Advice: i like variety in my fish tanks. lots of different fish, rocks plants. i dont like the look at the same thing twice in one tank. I also think you should keep things natural. down with plastics, fake plants and chemicals.
