Advice: Look at Michael's or Hobby Lobby for plastic plants for your aquariums, they are much cheaper. None of the plants in our tank are from a fish supply store. Learn from your mistakes. Enjoy! No such thing as too much filtration.

Corals/Plants: Driftwood, Limestone, Decorative Plants, River Stone Substrate

We have been using these types of plants for well over a year and have seen no ill side effects. We do however avoid ones with obvious paint, the ones pictured are solid color throughout the leaves. Any plant that has glitter or any type of fuzzy stuff should also be avoided I would assume. fish avatar
What a beautiful setup! I was told not to use those types of plastic plants becuase of possible toxic paints and metal poisioning from the bendable metal cords inside some of them! Have you had any issues? Thank you for your advice and for sharing! Namaste ~ fish avatar
how do you make sure the plants stay still and not get pulled out of the substrate fish avatar
wow, if I had a freshwater tank with no live plants, I would want this :P fish avatar
Absolutely beautiful. fish avatar
