Fish are fun!
About Yourself:
I got into fish about 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since! I only got into the real plants 2 years ago. I currently own 4 fresh tanks that range from 29 to 5 gallons(blame the small apartment) and I find it to be a very rewarding and relaxing hobby.
Fish Kept:
A peaceful community tank with a 1 clown loach, 1 female betta, 1 gold marble angel, 2 sunset gouramis, and 7 neon tetras.
Corals/Plants:
Plants include cabomba, amazon, radican and brazillian swordplants and banana plants.
Tank Size:
29 gallons
Advice:
Get as much information from books and articles as you can. Learn learn learn! Don't buy a plant or fish if you know absolutely nothing about it. And don't be afraid to ask advice from people that work with or own fish. This worked for me!

Fish Kept:
7 fancy goldfish, the oldest is only three years old, the youngest one isn't yet 9 months, so they are all rather small. 1 chocolate oranda, 1 red cap oranda and five plain but pretty fancy goldfish. also one big apple snail named gary.
Corals/Plants:
the tank is full of plants now, it hasn't been easy considering goldfish voracity for salad. I have around five or six different species, i don't really know their names, but they are all pretty hardy!
Tank Size:
15 gallons
Advice:
goldfish are the closest thing you can get to a dog in the fish stores. they recognize you, greet you, never hide and live really long lives if well taken care of!
Description:
these are all of my goldfish and part of the tank.
