About Yourself:
This is my second fish tank. The first was an ill-kept 10 gallon I had in college. I learned so much from my mistakes with the first one that this one has been nothing but a joy to keep so far. I really do treat it like a hobby so I expect to be constantly working on my tank trying to make it better.
Fish Kept:
Zebra danios, long fin blue danios, gold gourami, swordtail, German blue rams, black phantom tetras, albino siamese algae eater, cory catfish, fancy guppies
Corals/Plants:
Fake plants
Tank Size:
55 gallons
Advice:
The more active you are paying attention to your water chemistry, the more fish you can keep. If you want to take it easy, don't get a lot of fish. If you want a full tank, be prepared to work at it.

About Yourself:
It's an addiction.
Fish Kept:
Freshwater:
Neon tetras, pristella tetras, penguin tetras, pygmy corydoras, a betta.
Saltwater:
Black clown goby, three-stripe damsel, banded coral shrimp, sexy shrimp, camel shrimp, nassarius snails, margarita snails, nerite snails, emerald crab, scarlet hermit crabs, blue-leg hermit crabs
Corals/Plants:
Plants:
Dwarf Sagittaria subulata, Amazon sword, java fern, java moss
Corals:
None yet. Can't keep much in the actinic tank, and the camel shrimp eats anything I put in the 3 gallon nano. Will probably relocate the camel shrimp eventually.
Tank Size:
26 gallons
Advice:
Research. Exhaustively. If you don't like to research, don't get a fish tank. There's a lot of misrepresented and untrue information out there about fish, even ones as common as goldfish and bettas.

Description:
My first tank.
Cant see it in the pics, but there's a retaining wall type thing, so the rear is about 2" higher than the front, with little caves made in the front section (on the front of the wall).
Got 9 African Cichlids floating around in their little world with 2 sucker fish (one normal, one albino).
Got a surprise the other day when I found one of them holding! (Pics uploading now)
I thought it was an all male tank!
