More Info

State: North Carolina
Country: United States
Description: 65gallon glass aquarium w/ Coralife T5 lights 36" x 4, Fluval 406 canister using Seachem Purigen & Matrix biofiltration, Marineland Penguin 200 H.O.B. filter using standard cartridges.
Advice: Platys will quickly overpopulate your aquarium, best to keep a few small predators with them if you want to prevent this. If you choose to have any Red Tailed or Rainbow Sharks it is best to keep just one. Smaller schooling fish like Tetras and Barbs do better if you stock five or more of each type. This is a low tech set up for living room viewing.
Fish Kept: Common Pleco, Upside Down Cat, Black, Fusco
Corals/Plants: Java Fern, Java Moss, Anubias, Dwarf Saggitaria
Tank Size: 65 gallons
