Description: Tank in a 12 gallon tank I got as a hand me down from my cousin in law. The lighting is still the stock lighting that came with the tank. Everything is basically what came with the tank when my cousin in law gave it to me but I added a 25W heating system I got at the local pet shop for about $25. Keeps the tanks at a comfortable climate for the fish and plants.
Advice: Keep up with the tank cleaning wise. I have had this tank for about 4 years now and my biggest problem I had when I was starting out was not maintaining a clean tank. Also, take your time when adding new fish. Do the research! There have been some instances when I was starting out when I just got a fish only to find out it was an aggressive fish that picked on all my other 'community' fish.
Fish Kept: 1 angel fish, 2 albino cory, and 2 burmese boarder loach.
Corals/Plants: Plants: Echinodorus Amazonicus Decor: Gravel and fake coral
Tank Size: 12 gallons
About Yourself: Mine and my girlfriends tank =).
