Hell if I know, I got the tank and stand for 100 bux from a classified ad. I just enjoy the hobby.
Advice:
Go big or go home. Bigger tanks are easier to care for, so don't wuss out and just get a 10 gallon. You will have to do more frequent water changes and substrate cleaning.

Tetra: 4 Lampeye, 5 Neon
Danio: Glofish (4 Blue and 3 Orange)
Rasboras: 4 Harlequin
2 African Dwarf Frogs
