Description: Bow front tank 32in.wide and 20in. high. I have a whisper 60 for my filter. And tetra biobags for the filter. And an Aqua Air pump. My light is an eclipse floresent bulb.
Advice: Start out with cheap fish because the tank has to go through a cycle which last up to five weeks. Make sure to test the water by getting test kits. The cycle makes the ammonia and nitrite high and the fish might die so don't by expensive fish right away and only by about 1 or 2 because the cycle stats by the fishes waste.
Fish Kept: I have 1 shovelnose catfish, 1 tiger shovelnose catfish, and 2 tiger oscars. And because they only eat fish I halft to buy them feder fish once a week for there food. I need to buy 15-20.
Corals/Plants: I have 4 fake plants, 1 piece of drift wood, and 1 colsium whiich the tiger shovel nose likes to hide in.
Tank Size: 50 gallons
Quote: Go big or go home.
