230 gallons freshwater fish tank (mostly fish and non-living decorations) - about a 100 lbs of crushed coral and aragonite works ok , i dont have co2 injection , ,i just add because of evaporation about 7 gal a week during the summer ,the waste builds up around the roots of the plants and they seem to thrive lots of driftwood from the ocean seems to help stabilize the water conditions also has quite a bit of salt ,always good,

Corals/Plants: 3 live plants that really eat up the nitrates

You should put up more pictures of your set up. I'm tring to figure out whats going on with your tank. It looks cool and all. I just cant figure it out. Is it in the wall?
