Advice: change that water

Fish Kept: 1 clown, 1 gody and 1 royal gramma,

Corals/Plants: Just added a small piece of rock with zoanthid

Tank Size: 20 gallons

Hang on the Back filters are not recommended on Salt water.

i would ditch that prizm skimmer now before it gets you in trouble like mine did. they dont work and you will end up with cyano all over. what is the hob filter for? a proper skimmer will save you so much headache.
