CoralLife Reefsun Flourescent fixture.
Cascade 700 Canister Filter; Running 185 gph.
Penn-Plax Silent 3 Air Pump. 100 lbs of River Rock from Chester Creek in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
25 lbs of PlaySand.
Advice:
RINSE your PlaySand Thoroughly...and DON'T use pre-packaged kitchen sponges on the inside of your tank...because whatever chemical they use to keep the sponges moist inside the package is HIGHLY TOXIC to FISH. I found out the hardest way possible...wiping out 80% of my Malawians..some older than 2 years. So stay away from sponges altogether, just use a paper towel folded over a few times.
