That's better used, as a new 1 fish Betta containment or nursing dip tank and that's it. It could be okay, for 2 weeks, with low gravel & 1 fake plant but for a Betta, until the bigger tank move. That should easily be filled to 80%+ though.

I can't believe your picture was approved. Isn't this why there is a delay before the pictures appear? To prevent crap like this from happening? Is that fish even alive? It looks dead. You are one sick puppy.
